This summer, Universal Studios Japan is bringing you a summer of “festive fun” where both adults and children can let loose and play to their heart’s content all day long, starting with the new summer night entertainment event, “Universal Summer Matsuri Night: Neon-Glow Up” [Wednesday, July 1st to Wednesday, August 26th, 2026]. In this news update, we’ll share the latest information exclusive to this summer, including “Summer Festival” food and merchandise, classic festival stall favorites given a playful, Park-exclusive makeover to further enhance the excitement of this dazzling “night festival” with its vibrant neon lights, as well as limited-time summer-only menus at restaurants where you can enjoy the night view, along with cool foods and merchandise to beat the heat.

This summer, as we celebrate our 25th anniversary with a festive atmosphere, classic festival foods will be transformed into fun-filled “Oh! Matsuri” summer festival fare, featuring the unique playfulness of Universal Studios Japan.
