Instructions & Notes

1. Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.)
2. Ticket Package is able to be redeemed by presenting an e-ticket(QRcode) at the designated JR Bus Ticket Counter（JR Bus Ticket Counter at Sannomiya Bus Terminal(M-INT KOBE) from 10 a.m. on the 1st of the month prior to the boarding date within 90 days from the date of issuance.
3. The reserved seat bus tickets for “”outbound”” and “”return”” will be issued to passengers with the ticket package at the time of exchanging packages.
4. Package is available for redemption from 10 a.m. on the 1st of the month prior to the boarding date.
e.g.）Estimated boarding date： May 1st → 1 day before： April 30th →1 month before（available for exchange）： March 30th
※Please note that passengers are invited to board on a first-come-first-served basis, and those will be suggested to take the next bus or non-reserved seat bus if there is fully occupied at the moment. Thank you for your patience.
5. Terms of Use
・Bus seats are not reserved at the time of purchase. When redeeming, seat reservation tickets for both the outbound and return buses will be issued and provided together with the package ticket. As the number of direct buses to Nijigen no Mori is limited, if your preferred bus is fully booked, you may be guided to another bus. If all buses on your desired date are fully booked, the package may not be available for use. Therefore, we recommend redeeming your e-voucher by the day before your intended date of use.
・A refund for an e-ticket purchased online or through a travel agent cannot be provided at the ticket office. A refund cannot be provided after the package is redeemed. Please contact the place of purchase.
・No refunds will be provided as a result of bus delays, the closing of facilities, or even due to an act of providence, accident, or other circumstances.
・Lost or stolen e-tickets or redeemed packages will not be reissued.
・To go outside the valid bus route zones, please pay extra.
・These and other conditions of use shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant transportation system and the laws of Japan.
