Instructions & Notes

1. Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.)
2. How to purchase an e-ticket： select products and estimated starting date(departure date), then click the button “”purchase””.
3. How to exchange e-Ticket → Ticket Package：
   ・On the selected date of your itinerary, please proceed to the JR Bus Ticket Office (JR Bus Ticket Counter at “Sannomiya Bus Terminal” inside Mint Kobe, open 07:30–21:00) and present your electronic ticket (QR Code) to redeem your pass package.
   ※If not fully used within the selected consecutive 7-day validity period, any unused portions will automatically become invalid.
   ・Bus tickets for “”departure”” and “”return”” will be issued at the time of exchanging the ticket package.
   ・Ticket package redemption is available from 10:00 a.m. on the 1st of one month before the departure date.
   e.g.）Estimated boarding date： May 1st→the day before： April 30th→one month before （redeemable）： from March 30th
4. If the desired departure is fully booked, you may be assigned to an alternative departure. If all departures on your preferred date are fully booked, this ticket may not be usable.
   Therefore, it is recommended to complete the redemption of the electronic voucher no later than one day before the date of use.
5. Refund for the e-tickets purchased online or from a travel agency will not be accepted at the ticket office, please kindly contact the original place of purchase.
6. Please note that it will not be refunded once an e-ticket is redeemed a ticket package, and cannot be reissued for any loss or stolen.

8. Bus will depart on time and there will be no waiting time. Travel times are subject to change due to traffic conditions enroute, please allow ample time for your journey to and from the stop.
9. Travel times are subject to change due to traffic conditions enroute so that the bus may arrive behind schedule, and there will be NO refund in this case. Additionally, expenses of transportation and accommodation amenities arranged by passengers themselves will not be compensated.
10. Passenger with baggage ①having maximum weight of 10 Kg ②total of Dimensions 0.125 cubic metre ③length within 1.5 m is permitted for free. Also, if luggage blocks passageways or emergency exits, it will be restricted for safety reasons. In addition, pets in the carrier cage normally could be brought on the bus, please contact the Bus Operator.
11. Passengers carrying dangerous objects or causing inconvenience to others will be refused boarding services include:（drunk, scruffily dressed, barking pets, etc.)
12. The handling of e-tickets and related matters are carried out in accordance with the terms of the transportation Institute you are taking and the laws of Japan.
