Whether you’re traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima or moving between Kyoto and Hakata (Fukuoka), you can travel hands-free while your luggage is delivered directly to your destination.
4 Easy Steps: How to Use the Same-day Luggage Delivery Service
Step 1: Book & log in in advance
Visit Klook, KKday, or other travel platforms to book the luggage delivery service, then go to the SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel page to complete the required information.

Step 2: Show Your E-Ticket QR Code
Upon arrival at the designated JR station counter, please present the QR code below to the on-site staff:
